Purchased a used car and immediately had trouble. Called, messaged and emailed dealership with no replies. It then took them well over the allowed time period to even get the title. We then scheduled appointments with different mechanics to see what was happening with the car, it took a couple of weeks each time to get it into the mechanics and both times we received the same diagnosis, it is a TOTAL loss. Subframe is rotted. Both mechanics said dealer had to know of the problem but yet they stated at purchase there were NO known problems. Emailed and called dealership several times and still have never heard a word. Buying a used car is a ****** but to be intentionally deceived is a whole different thing. They knew this was a car for our teen to drive to and from collage and were fine with putting him into a situation that could have killed someone. It would take way too much money to fix this car, more than we paid for it and we cannot pass on a vehicle that is this dangerous so we just handed Zoom Auto Outlet $4,000 for NOTHING! Hopefully buyers will use much more caution than we did and have everything checked out. If buyers would take the time to read the reviews and the responses from the dealership, you would know to avoid this place. It is obvious they have no care for their customers by their responses. You win some, you lose some! That was a response to one review. I wish I would have read them all before I handed them the cash I had been working to save so long!
