We had contracted this company to paint our kitchen cabinets, 2 rooms and a stair railing. The rooms and railings turned out fine, however the cabinets turned out awful and we now have to have another company out to repair. The doors/drawer fronts were removed and painted in our cold garage. This caused the paint to not dry properly. The sanding that had to be done was being done on damp paint. You can see paint run marks, brush/roller marks and see where the paint pooled. They were also supposed to fill the drill holes as new hard **** was installed; there was an attempt to fill the holes on the exterior of the doors/drawers (which are still highly visible) but the interior holes were not filled at all. The upsetting thing is that these were reinstalled, as though they were done. Once all the issues were pointed out, ********************* agreed they didn't turn out correctly. He did try to repair but failed in bringing the cabinets to a smooth even/professional looking finish. He advised he would remove ****** from the total due to the fact they didn't turn out. We should not have paid the cabinet portion of the ****, however my wife was home alone when the project was "finished" and payment was due. She was not comfortable withholding payment, as unfortunately you never know if something may go south. We fill we should be refunded the total for the cabinet painting as again, it was not done correctly and we now have another company out on the 24th to repair.
