Bathroom remodel in 2020, after bathroom was complete had issues with the walls cracking. Informed the company and they stated they would fix the cracks. They caulked over the cracks. I was informed that the cracking through out the bathroom was not a workmanship issues so if I needed anything more I would have to pay. A year later there are cracks all over the bathroom and the tape is pulling away from the wall. I believe this is a workmanship issue.Business response

We received a letter stating a complaint against our company.
The last email communication we had with ************ was on September 24th, 2020. The only issue that we have noted with this job was needing to return due to a p trap manufacturer error causing one of the sinks to leak. We have no records of any communication involving issues with the drywall between then and now.
The property is a manufactured home and we took the precaution of gluing the drywall to the studs along with s******* them off. The client did add on doing additional drywall work in other parts of their property, which were taken care of in a professional manner. While looking at the other cracks, we discussed the concerns of settling given it is a manufactured home and the chance of them returning.
Based on the work we completed and the complaint in the letter, the issue isn't with the workmanship of the work we completed. These are symptoms of a larger issue with their home's foundation.
