On 11-15-23 i purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze vin * ***************** from us motors. The vehicle came with a 30 implied warranty 5% parts 5% labor . I started having problems with the vehicle immedially after taking delivery so i took the vehicle to ******* ********t to have the issues diagnosed and fixed. ON 1-13-24 i returned to the dealership to pick up the title to said vehicle and spoke the the owner ******** ****** about the issues i had with the vehicle and presented the reciept from ******* ********* showing what the isssues were and that it had been fixed at there facility and would like to be reimbersed my 5% of parts and labor that was the warranty that came with the car. The repairs were done within the 30 day warranty period. after about a 30 minute discussion with the owner ******** he agreed to reimburse me the 5% parts and labor shook my hand and told me he would get a check out to me in the mail. I have called and left messages several times times and got no response back. It has been over 60 days since our discussion and he wont return my calls. All i want is my 5% of the bill reimbursed to me me. Please find attached a copy of the Bill of Sale, copy of Buyers Guide showing warranty and a copy of the Bill from ******* ********* showing the repairs that were performedInitial Complaint

Within 24 hours of purchasing a car from this business. There were multiple problems with the car. The engine was overheating, car was buffering and barely running. I reached out for some support from the car lot. The guy that sold the car was very rude about the situation. He said he was gonna put the owner on the phone and the owner got on the phone cursing and treatening me. He said that he would come take the car, as well as he would shoot me
