Re: Complaint # ******** ****** *******
I have received your complaint filed by *** *******. After reviewing the complaint, we can provide you with the following information. *** ******* has sent Mainstreet Credit Union several documents by mail which fail to identify what she believes is the problem. We have reached out to her multiple times by phone and email requesting that she contact us regarding her correspondence, but we have had no response from *** ********
Our legal counsel has also reviewed all correspondence from *** *******, the law firm has also sent her letters on two different occasions with no response from *** *******. Our attorney, who also serves as a federal bankruptcy trustee, reports that he has seen similar correspondence and forms in other cases and bankruptcy. He advises that the parties download numerous documents and attempt to "flood" the creditor with various forms and threats.
Mainstreet Credit Union holds a valid security interest in collateral pledged in a security agreement, we are in the process of collecting and securing our collateral. She claims to have rescinded all transactions, but has failed to surrender the collateral or make available for recovery. At this point it is not clear where she is actually residing with one of her addresses actually being a post office box in the Brookside area.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
