      Purchased 07/18/2023, Order 2510232. Website states 1 year from date of purchase return policy for refund if unused and resalable condition. I contacted by email 04/10/2024 to request refund for unused, still sealed in packaging shoes. They replied that their policy is now 6 months return period for shoes. When purchased their stated policy said 1 year return period, the website still states that they have a 1 year return period. When asked, they replied that their IT department is aware and "working on it". I believe I should be able to return for a refund as it is still within their stated return policy and product is unused and still sealed.

      I ordered from them in November of 2023. A couple of items didn’t fit how I liked so I exchanged them for a different style. What I was sent back was the exact same style I ordered the first time. I sent them and email that went unanswered. I called a few days later, they acknowledged my email and said they sent me an email with a shipping label earlier that morning. I never received an email from them. The lady said they checked my exchange form and it said I ordered the same style. I disagree. Her first response to me was that they sent a shipping label to my email, not that I ordered what they sent. So I called back to confirm they had the correct email address, it was correct. The lady said she would send another shipping label via email right now. I checked my email, still nothing. If you’re not going to send a shipping label, please just say that. Emails are usually instant. I should not be waiting days for an email that you supposedly sent.

      Hi , I am a letter carrier for USPS. On May 20, 2023 I purchased some clothing and shoes (3 pairs of shoes) from Postal Uniforms Direct. I received the clothing (2 summer hats & 3 winter hats) , shipped to my home promptly. On June 20, 2023 I called Postal Uniforms Direct and asked about where my shoes were ; and at that time I was told they were on back order. I didn't need the shoes right away and I was willing to wait because they were a brand / model that I really liked ... Now , it is September 25, 2023 and I still have not received the shoes. I have emailed their customer support multiple times and I never get a response. I haven't had time on my day off to get in touch with customer support because the wait on the phone can be long ... I was hoping to reach their support through email instead ... At USPS you get an annual amount of money for clothing allotment / shoes / etc. You get this allotment once a year , and whatever you don't spend you lose. I am coming up on my allotment date 09/29/2023 and I don't know what will happen if they try to refund me back after this date.       I received word from our manufacturer that the shoes *** ****** had ordered went out the door today and are on the way to him. I called *** ****** and explained to him what had happened, I also told him the shoes would be with him this week. He was very excited.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received two phone calls , talked to someone who apologized to me and shortly thereafter i received the shoes in the mail ! That is all I wanted was the work shoe , and it completed my order. Thank you BBB for your assistance :)

      On November 22nd, 2022 I received my uniform allowance from my employer. On November 24th, I made an order for 5 uniform shirts for a total of $214.95 from postal uniform discounters. I received my order on November 28th. Inside my SEALED package I received only two of the five shirts that i ordered. On November 29th I emailed the company asking if the 3 missing shirts were shipped separately. No response. On December 1st I called the company explaining my situation. I was told I would receive a call back on the morning of December 2nd. On December 2nd, I received no call back but received two emails from the company with my original confirmation order and a copy of the packing slip, which was never in my package that came in the mail!!! I called the company back and was told they called me back this morning and a voicemail was left. i received no call and no voicemail. they went on to tell me that i need to file a claim with the **** ******. the **** ****** has nothing to do with a sealed package that I received and lack of contents. the company told me they weigh all packages and the weight matched the 5 shirts that I ordered. the packaging I received for the shirts would not fit 5 shirts. i’m not asking for my uniform allowance back, i’m asking the company to make things right and send me the rest of my “lost order” I am out 3 shirts totaling the amount of $128.97.

      The BBB called the business on 12-28-2022. The Supervisor looked up the customer information. The supervisor confirmed that the customer did speak to someone one Dec 1-2022 and was told that the package was checked and weighed against the order. The order did weigh the appropriate amount to have been sent with 5 shirts. The business relayed to the consumer that they should file a "tampered package" complaint with ***** 

      While on the phone with the supervisor the BBB was informed again that they double checked the package weight and found it to be accurate with 5 shirts shipped. They relayed their dismay with the issue, but have to go with what the shipping department can prove.

      • 3.3 lbs is the weight for 5 shirts to be shipped
      • The package shipped out was also weighed at  3.3 lbs
      • The customer service rep stated the package was 3.2 lbs at send off
      • 2 shirts alone shipped would have only weighed  1.3 lbs

      Consumer also called on December 20th, and was relayed the same exact message that was relayed on Dec 1 and then again in the call on 12-28-2022.

      Well I did order a couple of item on line 5 shirts , watch cap, chukka boots and a postal wet-weather parka for the price of $176.36 I receive the shirts the cap the boots but not the parka. Idid this purchase on 12/25/2021. I Did call the company several times and they always saying that is in back order. when I did the order the web page said that it will be taking 7 to 9 day to deliver it because it was in back order. I understand all about that and the situation with cove 19 my fir call they told me that I have to wait 2 months I did then another 2 moths and still waiting for the parka. they do not have the intention of trying to fix this situation I wait to long and I need the product. and a friend make a purchase thru them the same parka he wait 3 weeks and he got it but way more expensive, when I did the order it was $176.36 he got it for $269.95 so I think that is why they not want to sent me the parka because is way more expensive a difference of almost $100 is not my fault that when I make the purchase it was a that price and they are waiting to rich my allowance to return the money. please do something thank you

      On September 12, 2021, I ordered $463.48 of postal uniforms using my postal account credit card. I have used this company several times without any trouble. My order #******* status was pending for weeks so I sent two inquires for the reason using their contact form online. No replies. Today, January 22, the status of my order is cancelled. I sent another inquiry. I want to know what has happened to my order. The address for Postal Uniforms Direct on their website is **** ********** ***** ******* ****** *****. Phone numbers ************ direct or ************ for orders. I don't know what happened or what to do. I cannot get the postal account money back since my anniversary date has past. Thanks for any help.
