On July 7th 2023 I contacted Rocking K3 Ranch and boutique through ******** ********* and ordered a Shacket .on July 29th I inquired if the Shacket had come in yet and recieved a reply that they had not but that there was a 10 day waiting period before they shipped. On August 18th I received a message saying that they were on the way and on that same day I saw on their Facebook page that they had received these Shackets and were there for sale at their shop . August 31st I inquired again through ******** ********* if the Shacket had arrived I received no reply. September 13th I inquired again through ******** ********* and received no reply. September 26th I inquired again through ******** ********* if the Shacket had arrived I received a reply that mine along with two others had been sent out through USPS and lost and that she would process my return the next day . October 18th I messaged through ******** ********* that I still had not received my refund and could they do this asap as of this complaint I have not heard anything nor have I contacted the store further. I feel that I have done everything to either get my product or my refund.Customer response

I received in my bank account the 60.22 that was my refund as of today. Thank you for your help in getting this back.
