      On February 4, 2021, I paid Superior Roofing representatives, **** ****** and **** ****** (who now owns ********* *******) a total of $8,731.71 ($7,418.54 for roofing, $1,058.85 for gutters and $254.32 for sales tax). On 4/14/22 I informed **** ****** via text that my roof was leaking, he replied that he had some caulk and would look into it. Due to his word and not having rain for the next few months, I assumed he had. In Oct, I reached out to **** since **** was no longer with the company. When we had rain again the leak was still there, and causing damage to my wall and floor as well. In Nov, **** came out and caulked where he thought the leak was coming from. He stated in person that they would take care of repairing the floor & the roof if still leaking. After 30 days, no word, **** responded saying he was working on it, he promised. Then another 30 days no word by 2/9/2023. 3/21/2023 **** came by the house and told me to get whomever I could find to repair the floors, and they would reimburse for it. Which I did. Total was $2,274 and I was reimbursed. After June 6, 2023, **** never responded. Instead 6/11/2023 **** ****** reached out and said he would fix the roof through his company ********* *******. He came to the house 6/19/2023 and that was the last time he came to the house. 8/10/2023 he sent a message to say his guys were on their way to fix the roof, but they never showed and never fixed the roof. Since 2/28/2023 I have been in contact with ***** ******* and 8/22/2023 he was supposed to take a look while I was not home. Several months later I sent him another video to show there is still a leak. Jan 2024, he said it would get done when the snow was gone. April 2024, I sent more videos to show it was still leaking. Then I heard nothing until I reached out 7/25/2024 when he said he would make sure he it was done the following week. Still not done. And this past winter the leak caused issues with my HVAC I have had to pay for. Over two years I've waited.

      I am rejecting this response because: although a repair was made yesterday, October 21st, we will not know if the repair will resolve the issue until it rains. My grievance is after showing, *****, the further damage that has been done to my house which includes water damage to my ceiling and mold. No resolution to fix the issues caused by the leaky roof were offered other than advice to use bleech on the mold. So I will again have to pay for damages caused to my home by the company's lack of urgency to fix their mistakes.

      10/21/2024  We arrived at ******'s house and talked to her about what was going on and she said that it was leaking where her furnace was, and it was leaking into the wall. When we went up on the roof my roofer found that there was a hole in the HVAC pipe, and that had nothing to do with the roof. We also found that where the pipes come through the container that they have built for these pipes were moving in the wind and water was penetration through those small holes. We went ahead and sealed the hole up and around the two pipes and did a water test to make sure that it wasn't still leaking. When we did the water test, we found that the water had stopped going inside the furnace.  I told ****** that we were finished and it wasn't leaking anymore and let her know that if there are anymore problems with the roof to give us a call.
