It took two and a half years for Superior Roofing to make a repair to my leaking roof. The roof was less than a year old at the time of initial contact. My house has water and mold damage to the walls and ceilings for the leaking roof, that I am left to fix at my expense. On top of the repairs I have already paid for to fix my furnace due to the leak. However they did reimburse me a year ago for part of the floors that were damaged. Their representative at the time, promised the company would take care of ALL repairs and damage to my home caused by the leaking roof.

We are confused as to why she is continuing to state that this roof leak was because of our roof replacement. We did attempt to try to find the issue over time even with represenative changes. Then when Chris met with her on the 21st and found the issue to be HVAC pipe we went ahead and sealed it best we could. Again, that is not an issue due to our worksmanship or roof replacement. We also gave her money for interior repairs that we later find out not to be our company's responsibilty. We have pictures that I would attached if an option was available. This was explained to the customer.Review from Craig T

We are still waiting patiently for the work to be finished. The storm was 10 months ago!!! We have been made promises that have not happened at this point. A crew came out to reroof our shop and that didn't even get completed correctly! The guys spent 6 hours putting metal on a 20x30 roof and 3 of those hours were spent tackling a cupola that didn't get finished correctly and the metal color was incorrect! So frustrating!! Very disappointed in this company!!Superior Roofing Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of ongoing repairs, but not as to the frustration and inconvenience it has caused you. We are currently reviewing all job documentation and have spoken with the current Superior representative. I have had roofs replaced 3 different times since I moved here in 1985. Superior Roofing was the best and neatest job I have ever had. They backed a trailer up to the building and carried all the old shingles to the trailer. There were never any shingles or nails on the ground. All the edges and laying of the shingles were precise. Their work was outstanding, fast, and reasonably priced. Use them, you will not be disappointed.Superior Roofing Response

The Superior Rooding crew did an outstanding job on our roof. Adam ******
worked with us directly and he made the whole process smooth and seamless. He was attentive the whole way and answered all of our questions. Really made an unfortunate situation into a wonderful experience. We couldn't be more pleased. We love our new roof!!
