**** hired universal to install fiber internet in our city. While they were at my house they busted my water pipe. While they were looking for the leak they tore up most of my yard. After they fixed the water pipe, they just covered the pipe and left. My yard is still a complete mess, dirt everywhere. My sprinklers don’t work anymore, and they also have a pipe out of the front of my yard just sticking up and lots of extra piping or something like that in my front yard. They told me they would be back the next day to fix everything but no one has been back yet. I’ve called multiple times and either get told they will be out within a couple of days or just get an answering machine and I have to leave a message. I never called or hired either of these companies and I would just like my yard and sprinklers to be back to the way it was.Business response

Universal Communications LLC received the complaint letter in the mail on September 13, 2022.
Universal Communications LLC sent crews out to the address listed on the complaint on September 14, 2022 and cleaned up the yard and repaired the sprinklers. The Project Manager (****) called the homeowner on September 14, 2022 to confirm satisfactory repairs but was not able to make contact. On September 15, 2022 ***** (Manager) called and left a voice mail to confirm that everything was satisfactorily completed and has not received a response. At this time, we are considering the issued completed and closed unless we hear back differently.
