Responsive centers was supposed to be working with ******** to get all of my sessions covered under ***. Then they charged my credit card over $500 without talking to me, without resolution of the billing going through ******** and without any paperwork or a receipt stating what the charges were for. I have called and emailed several times with no resolution. If ******** doesn't want to cover the sessions, fine. Get that in writing, send me a proper bill for what is owed and I will pay for it with my *** account. That is what I told them in the emails and voicemails. I received one email stating I was going to get a call from the person who charged my card. I did not receive anything from anyone.Customer response

They finally called back and when I said I would pay with my *** card, they finally gave me a refund. I shouldn't have had to do that because they should have gotten ******** to cover it like I was promised but I will consider this matter closed and never use Responsive Centers again.
