Made reservation # ****** on 2/22 around 4:15pm Cancelled reservation #****** 2/23 around 4:40pm Received confirmation email of cancelled reservation on 2/23 4:42pm stating that the refund of $77.42 had been issued to my credit card however I still have never received the refund and the date is 3/7. Called the Overland Park office on 3:5 and 3/6 giving them the details. They said they put in an I.T. Request to look into it. Have not heard back from them. Emailed the I.T. Department, forwarding my email saying the refund was never issued. They also have not responded via email.Customer response
