Scott and his employees are amazing at what they do. They truly are the definition of quality customer service. We had our Diesel Truck repaired with their team recently and was very pleased from start to finish. The communication was open and thorough within the entire process. Even after the work was completed, if we found an issue, they freely answered our questions upon calling and if they couldn't address our concerns over the phone, than they were quick about getting us back in to see if it's the same issue or a new one. These are the best people in town to get all of your work done! I walked in thinking it was going to be a couple days or even weeks before my car could be fixed and they told me they would have it done that evening! They even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to sit and wait there! I was so surprised how inexpensive it was compared to other shops and how well the work was done. Just walking in you can tell they take pride in what they do and that as the customer your satisfaction is priority. I will never go anywhere again!Review from Chris B

Brought my ******** here for an all over check before I purchased it. They went above and beyond to look at the vehicle and tell me all the good and the bad. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. They are trustworthy and reliable, not to mention worth every penny. Knowing my vehicle and families vehicles are in good hands. Company said I had a problem, charge me $1,000 to fix it, when the fix didn't work I went back, they said that wasn't the problem, now they want $2,000 to fix something else that will supposedly fix the original problem.. What they want to do now had previously been fixed by another company a month before. This company is just taking advantage of senior citizens.

WE DID IN FACT REPLACE THE STEERING COLUMN FOR THIS CUSTOMER, AND DID FIX THE NOISE COMING FROM INSIDE TRUCK CAB AREA, AT THAT TIME WE DID IDENTIFY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE TRUCK AND CUSTOMER DECLINED THOSE REPAIRS. AFTER A BOUT TWO WEEKS HE RETURNED AND HAD A CONPLAINT ABOUT A NOISE AGIAN, WE FOUND THE NOISE WAS RELATED TO THE OTHER PROBLEMS HE CHOSE NOT TO REPAIR LAST TIME. WE DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS. MR ***** TRUCK HAS 224099 MILES ON IT IM SURE IT HAS A FEW NOISES. WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT HIM A FEW TIMES AND HE DOESNT ANSWER HIS PHONE AND WE HAVE ALSO LEFT MESSAGES. WE WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH MR ****, BUT THIS COMPLAINT IS ALL WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS SINCE THE REPAIR ON 12/09/2021.Customer Response

Auto Smart did replace the steering gear (rack and Pinion), which fixed the problem at no charge to me.Auto Smart Response
