Owner Alex ******* lied about his expertise with ********* *********** remote drives, stated his techs could set things up in 1 hour, then billed for hours of work resulting in things not working. When attempting to collect the final bill from us, we pushed back on the amount due to hours of billing from their errors and lack of experience. The owner Sarah ******* berated me on the phone, called me names, threatened to send our bill to collections, and hung up on me. When I went to their office to pay in person they SCREAMED at me, mocked me, mocked my business, mocked my school, and yelled profanities at me over and over again. They then threatened to call the cops on me. I was forced to call them from the parking lot to make the final payment, which I completely disagree with the amount, out of fear of them taking extreme retaliatory actions. After making the final payment, the work they did on my computer stopped working immediately.
