I had my shower remodeled a few years ago... i got what i paid for. Then i decided to do it right so i called Tailored and had it redone. They did the best job. I want to acknowledge Bryce and Andrew who did the work. Highly recommend them. They were constantly communicating and also making recommendations that made the shower better than expected. Above all my wife was ecstatic with the final job. Shout out yo Nate for the sell.

On July 26, 2024 a company representative worked up an estimate for a shower replacement at our farm office located at 2830 Rain Road, Chapman, KS 67431. The estimate was worked up on an electronic tablet and I finger signed the tablet estimate for the project. I can not recall being allowed to review the terms of the contract/job order on the tablet copy. I was told a copy of the contract/job order was emailed to me that contained the terms of the agreement. The down payment check of 1/2 the project cost processed through my local bank on August 1, 2024. On August 16, 2024, I reviewed the job with my son who informed me he thought the price to complete the job was way out of line. On August 17, 2024, I informed the Company by phone message and e-mail of my intentions to cancel the project. I again phoned the company on August 19, 2024 of my intentions and was informed that the company policy for cancelling a project after the 3 day grace period was 50% of the contract/job order amount or the amount of the down payment check. I was told the 3 day grace period was spelled out in the emailed copy of the provided contract. The only email that I received indicated by an error message that the pdf file and signatures had expired. I was informed during the August 19, 2024, phone call that again by company policy of this expiration process. They offered to send me another email and a hard copy of the contract/job proposal. I asked where in the agreement I would find the 50% cancellation fee policy and was informed that the agreement only mentions the 3 day grace period and nothing about cancellations after the grace period. I was informed the post 3 day cancellation fee of 50% is an in-house action that is not made available to their customers. My two complaints center around of course the undocumented 50% cancellation fee and not being provided any printable documents for my records. Removing files off my server without my knowledge is not right.

Great company to work with. Just had installation completed and very happy with everything. Zach, installer did wonderful job. Communication was good and everything was done as agreed upon.

I was very pleased with the work the gentleman did and how nice and pleasent he was. I would recommend using Tailored Roofing,,Remodeling &rebath for sure.

Tailored Remodeling did a great job from start to finish. Mike, the sales representative, was friendly and informative. He guided us through available options on our bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. Bryce, the installer, called ahead of his visit. He arrived on time and was an exceptional worker, while being personable, friendly, and informative. All work was performed on time and exceeded our expectations. The new shower is beautiful and brightens the whole bathroom. Thanks to Mike, Bryce, and all Tailored employees who made our project possible.
