I was the renter at ****************** for my 1 year contract, once the contract was up I stayed an additional 3 months and heard nothing from the management. I provided written notice of my leaving the property in Sept and was out Oct approximately 1 month later. In that time to current, I have left multiple voicemails with Leasing Plus with no return call made to me. Today is 10/18/2022 and I have yet to hear from them. I have an $*** deposit with them and I expect that back. They do not return calls even when there is a maintenance issue. I expect a call and my deposit back to me prior to month end October 2022. I am in need of that to rent another property.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/11) */ On 10-20-2022, I called Gina ***** and left her a voicemail. I told her that I would finalize the Security Deposit Transmittal by the end of the month, which I did. The Tenant received a partial deposit refund. The submittal and refund check were sent to her new address that she provided to me. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/11/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I hope for future tenants the communication improves and the response times improve. I also hope they take more interest in upkeep of their properties and not wait until it falls apart. I did not receive a portion of my deposit due to the molding falling off the wall and needing replacement due to sheetrock being wet, this was not my issue. Thanks Gina
