Date was 4/8/23 Ross Store ******* ***** ******** ***** *** ******* ***** Staff members name William *./******* Manager on duty-Litzy This complaint is regarding the horrible service received by this store and the cashier William *. I would like a resolution from this store. This staff member *** ****, and the manager Litzy did absolutely nothing about his behavior. It is UNACCEPTABLE for customers to be treated as I was in this location. After waiting over 30 minutes in line. William ** decided to take someone who had just walked into the store over all of the customers who were waiting due to some error with a customers purchase which held up the whole line. I would like for the district manager to give me a call as soon as possibleBusiness response
