First notified company of window breakage 4/20/2021. An order should have been placed at this time for the upper part of this double-pane window. My husband and I have these windows in our home. We had to have one replaced do to hail damage. The same style of window. These are made so that they can be easily replaced. Just take out the old one, install the new one, as they slide up and down and can be cleaned from the inside. However, do to Covid-19, I believe, the Wichita location has lost some of its staff and my order was lost. I have been getting a run around whenever I would call for status of order. The last few calls sounded a little promising, then I received a letter telling me that the warranty does not cover glass breakage. This is what this company advertises. "If a lawn mower throws something and breaks the glass, we cover it!" Now, this is in our Community Building. It could have been hail (I don't believe so), could have been from a mower, could have been from youngsters playing (the building is near park). Doesn't matter. Their selling point is that they cover breakage. This company WAS so good to us. This is why my husband and I sold the village on replacing the windows in this building with these windows. We could have gone to ******** or somewhere to get something else. But we were really sold on these, energy saving windows. I am so disappointed with the service that I am receiving. I would like to have something done about them going back on their word. I would like to have this window replaced as told to us when we purchased the window. There is a sticker in each window with a serial number, which also has the PO number, the size and an 800 number to call for replacement. Now how easy is that? It was when we replaced from hail damage in our home. Should only take 4-6 weeks.Initial Complaint

We purchased windows from Energy Guard with a limited lifetime warranty. We have had some outside missing parts and some inside broken parts that need replaced/repaired. We called on 12-16-21, 1-7-22, 2-3-22, 2-15-22, and on 2-22-22. We also sent an email on 2-17-22. We spoke with Karen on all occasions and she promised on the last one that someone would be in contact with us. Noone has been in contact with us. All we want is to get the necessary repairs to the windows made. Please assist us with this matter.
