Energy Guard replaced our siding in October of 2021. They came to replace it in a timely fashion however some of our siding came down in less than a year and I have been contacting them since September of 2022 about coming to fix it as their workmanship and siding is supposed to be guaranteed. Initially I was able to speak to some persons including Dedra, Patrick and Jason all who said that this would be taken care of however it has not been. I have even left a message with Tim the general manager who did not return my call. I continued to leave multiple messages and now Tim and Jason’s phone say that their mailbox is full. I assume it is full of unhappy customers. I would not recommend using this company and I wish I would have looked at the BBB ratings before I signed a contract with them.Review from Susan B

Signed a contract 06/08/22 was told work would be completed in 3weeks. Come and gone. Have called every week 2/3 times a week always the same answer ' we are working on getting materials. Finally got materials sitting in my driveway. Can't get workers, we were unaware they didn't have their own crews. Still waiting. We have a contract to sell our house but can't till work is done. Energy Guard Midwest, LLC is now **********************. They were to replace a window that was under a warranty. I started the process back in Nov 2021. Repeated phone calls and emails were left unanswered. Finally in Jan 2022 All Sides called to say my window replacement was in. It took another month for Energy Guard to get it picked up. On 03/10/22 Jason from Energy Guard makes an appointment to replace the window and guess what, it is not the correct part of the window. He told me it would be 2 weeks for the correct piece to come in. I have not heard a word. I texted him but no response. This company is not good to work with at all. You can't find anything under the new name. It is no surprise to me that they have a D- rating. I am going to attempt to make contact with them again but my guess is that I will not see any resolution for this and will need to contact another company to replace the window all together.Review from David

Had them install siding on my house less than one year ago, its now falling off all I get is the same run around that everyone else on here is complaining about, looks like my best bet is to see a lawer.
