Signed contract in Octobaer of 2022 for solar panel intallation with ****** ******** as salesman. Was promised that installation would be completed before financing payments would begin (February 1, 2022). As of today, April, 22, 2023 system is installed but not operational. Was promised that the installer would make the initial payments until the system was up and running. That has not happened. I'm constantly harassed by the financing company, Mosaic (601 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94607, phone 855-746-7849) for payments per contract. Have requested a itemized receipt for tax purpose and insurance but have not received it. Was told that delays were due to failure of the system to meet inspection. The installation was completed on February 3, 2023 but has yet to pass the inspection. Have not seen an inspector come to due any type of inspection. Have had multiple conversations with ******* ****** of Go Green Solar with no success. Many promises and no resolution. Have also talked with Mosaic and lodged complaints which seem to get dismised once they speak with the installer. Mosaic says that they are only the financers and that any other complaints will have to be addressed by the installer. Spoke with ******* ****** on April 17, 2023 and was told that the building permit had been approved and that the inspection would be completed before the end of that week. Nothing happened therefore I'm filing this complaint to ask for assistance. In addition, I have left over equipment in my back yard that prevents the grass maintenance from being done and a part of my drop ceiling in the basement has not been replaced. I suspect that I have been over charged for the system based on comparion to similar house installations on the internet. However, I have no concrete proof since I don't know how many panels were installed, the brand or the wattage. (Information requested but never received). Supposedly, I would be paying installments to Mosaic instead of paying electrical fees.
