              Alex with Eaton inspections was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough. Even though this was a condominium property he inspected areas that fall under the HOA to give us information to ensure these are properly handled in the future. His report was extremely detailed with color photographs so we can follow up with contractors to estimate costs of repairs before we finalize price for property. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

The inspector is very professional and well verised in a variety of fields related to a home. His ability to converse with the clients regarding their potential home is reassuring, helpful and he provides valueable information to the client.               This was the best and most thorough home inspection I've seen. The owner was very knowledgeable, informative and easy to work with. He identified and thoroughly documented many issues that were not readily visible. The report was detailed, clear and concise.
