To Whom It May Concern,
**** ******** ******** ***., signed an order to purchase a 2024 front loader truck from E-Z Pack Holdings in Mid-December 2023. Our company has done business with E-Z Pack since the 1960's to early 1970's, spending millions of dollars with you, and this has been, by far, the most displeasing purchase we have ever experienced with E-Z Pack.
We were notified in March that the chassis was in preparation and the body was in the weld line leaving the truck to be delivered to us in 2 Y2 to 3 weeks. In April, we financed said truck making our first payment being due in May. On May 8th,I received a text f rom *** ***********, our sales director, stating that ***** **** should be delivering the truck between May 13rh_15th.
On May 18th, *** texted and said that the chassis had a bro*** window in which ***** **** was going to replace and that they would ship the truck on May 20th. On June 4th, *** texted again stating that **** ******* was personally delivering the truck on June 5th.Once delivered, I advised my shop to have the truck lettered but not to run the truck until I was able to inspect. On June 14th, I inspected the truck to learn that the cab shield was bent, the forks were out of line and that the paint on the front of the truck was not correct. I sent photos of said issues and requested that the truck be fixed. On or about June 26th, the truck was picked up from my property. I texted *** *********** on July 19th informing him of the amount of money we have spent on the monthly note and insurance for this truck. A few days later, *** *********** responded stating that neither E-Z Pack nor ****** ****** would reimburse my company.
From June26th to August 14rh, the truck was in E-Z Pack's shop being repaired . On August 14th, I received the truck back, and after inspecting, I learned that the truck was not fixed by any means. The cab
shield is somehow worse than it was when it left my property, the forks were still out of line, and the paint had not been touched on the chassis. At this time, I refused to take possession of this truck.
Since purchasing this truck, we have spent $30,265.48 in monthly payments and $6,903.00 in insurance for a truck that we have NEVER been able to use.
**** ******** is a 3 generational family-owned corporation and has, again, been a loyal customer to E-Z Pack since the 1960's.Through all of the years that our company has did business with you, we have never been as dissatisfied and disgusted in the production that we have received or the customer service that was provided to us. Most companies would care about their reoccurring customers; however, we have not been offered any sort of reimbursements for non-use nor has any form of solution been suggested.
Due to this distasteful situation, we will no longer be using your company for any future purchases.
We also will not be recommending you to any of our affiliates.
