      They keep calling me requardless of me telling them not to to sell me on remortaging my house. It's to the point of harassment at this point. STOP CALLING ME !!!

      I don't think this bank wants to protect your account. I don't think they make it very apparent about the big difference between a credit card and a debit card. They pay the charge on your debit card immediately and if it is a scam they will not do anything to help and will not try to recover your money. I did not agree to the charge that was made to my account but they paid it and essentially told me that's to bad. I will be closing my account there as soon as I get everything changed to another bank. Not sure another bank will be much better but can't be worse.

      Absolutely the most positive, efficacious, professional and amiable banking staff that I had the good luck to help me through an arduous and complicated refinancing process. Mr. Dan Mason's leadership and expertise facilitated all the necessary forms, information and procedures for an excellent step by step logical process and a highly successful closing. Moreover, Mr. Mason patiently and expertly answered my questions and concerns. I am over the moon with my result and give Mr. Mason, Greg, Lisa and Magnolia Bank my highest recommendation without reservation.

      I can't thank Dan and especially Greg enough for all their help with my refinance. It took 8 full months because of a glitch found during the appraisal process (ownership had never been transferred to me when the home was purchased 21 years ago!). Greg was a tremendous help trying to figure out what the Housing Commission needed from me, and it was a frustrating ordeal. Greg never gave up, though, and kept working hard to make everything happen. I'm so appreciative.

      Originally got my 30year mortgage in 2003, after about 6 months the mortgage was sold to another mortgage company. Over the years our mortgage has been transferred to multiple companies and had not had much difficulty until 2021. At the time it was sold to a 1 star rated mortgage brokers that had already had financial difficulties due to covid and they were wanting to alter our mortgage agreement including payment amount, interest rate etc. We were not happy with them and went back to Magnolia Bank in 2021 since we have been customers of theirs since 1990 to refinance the mortgage. We were assured that it would remain in-house and not be sold off again. Well now technically they state "the mortgage was not sold but they have mortgage companies managing it on their behalf" SAME THING AS BEING SOLD!!! Refinanced mortgage in July of 2021 and it is already been transferred from Magnolia Bank to Dovenmuehle Mortgage and now to PHH (another low rated company). During this recent transition, received a letter on Oct. 29 stating "You do Not need to do anything right now" with a effective date of Nov 1. I realized on Nov. 4th that my payment due Oct. 30 had not automatically debited. I contacted bank and told by a teller that they have nothing to do with those anymore and have to contact new mortgage company. Talked to loan officer and was informed payment would auto debit on Nov 7. Today is Nov. 15, loan officer talked to a supervisor who said it came out Nov. 7, it did not. Had to email mortgage company and they state they don't auto debit. Loan officer has been great and trying to resolve but they have limited information provided to them. Received letter in mail today stating 2 mortgage payments are due now due to transition and they failed to debit Oct. payment. I am told that it was decision of "power that be" to transfer to these companies to manage their loans. Dont want my mortgage? Then you dont need my 3 checking, 3 savings accts or CD either. Do better!
