I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY SELL BOOTLEG PRODUCTS.! I purchased a mattress from ***** in May 2021 and told it would be in in a month i didn't receive it till August 2021 after calling every week checking up on it and they never called me. When i received it was the wrong Mattress. I didn't get my new Mattress until October 2021. The mattress is a bootleg mattress. I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS which i told the man and told him I needed the firmest one they had. The one i picked was good for me. When I got it it was not the same quality as the mattress they have in the store. i sent him pictures of when you just sit on the mattress it goes down to about 4 inches thick . It bubbles in the middle and I have to layer it with pillows and blankets to sleep so my body doesn't sink in and the threads are coming loose. After paying $1,000 you would expect what you paid for. I HAVE BEEM VERY PATIENT with Chuck. He told me the end Of February 2022 he would order me a new one. I HAVE been calling him for 3 weeks straight after a month has passed it is now April 14 2022 and ***** has been avoiding me for 3 weeks will not return my call. I am highly mad as my back issues have worsened and All i ask is for what i purchased and it not be bootleg.Business response

All factory warranty state, 1 and 1/2 inch body impression that does not come out when off of the bed. sitting on the bed and making it collapse is not a factory flaw, customer has stated that the bed is used as a chair to work out of. this is not normal use of a bed. The spoons do not show a 1.5 inch body impression at all. they actually show nothing. Customer has said their attorney will be contacting me, i have been waiting for the attorney to contact me. I will not respond until attorney sends me notice.Customer response
