I dont have the actual date the service was performed but it was in August or September of 2022 I believe. I had used Select Pest Control before with debateable success. I did not have an ongoing service contract so I paid for each visit at the time of service. I have mice in my home. I havent seen many but earlier service from Select discovered this issue had been active for years. I bought the home in November 2020. In late 2022 I again noticed mice in my house so I again called select. I asked them to come and give my house a thorough inspection to find out where they were coming in. The technician arrived, came in my house and checked bait boxes from earlier visits. he opened them and was very careless about it spilling what was left on my bathroom, living room, and dining room floors with no effort to cleanup his mess. he also placed a box on a living room table spilling leftovers on my table, and also on my dining room table. His thorough inspection outside consisted of checking one side and the rear of my home and nothing else. No attic or wall inspections anywhere. He said that Select would send me a bill. I called them later that day to complain about that service call and was told someone would contact me. Approximately one week later I received a voicemail from one of their technicians wanting me to come to my front door. I was not home at the time so I called him back at the number he left. He said he thought I was supposed to be there but no one from Select had contacted me to set up an appointment. No one tried to contact me for a return attempt. I never received an invoice for this visit. A couple of months later I did receive a phone call regarding my nonpayment. I told them that I never received an invoice but the lady on the phone said they had sent me several invoices and had called numerous times, none of which was true. I informed her that I was not going to pay the $100 fee for the inspection. Please contact me for more info. There is more.Business response
