Constant outages with no credit to the bill for multiple days of non-service • no one answers phone or addresses customer complaints • I have been contacted by “sister companies” who have advised that Altius no longer has an office so it appears that 3-4 entities may be acting as one to collect payments for services that no one is providingBusiness response

Tell us why here...Husband called on Thursday with no service - spoke to and we showed radio was online. Cust told HD he wasn't home to Trouble shoot. Radio looked fine to me - I called and left a message 15 minutes later and left troubleshooting steps in the ticket for the HD is case he called the HD rather than calling me on my DD which I gave him in my voicemail. ******** called back on Friday when I was off. ****** spoke to her. Customer said they reset the router multiple times and wouldn't troubleshoot. ****** told them they need to reconfigure the router if they reset it. She was very rude to ****** and said she was going to take her grandchildren to the office in Flemingsburg and sit there until somebody came out to her house. She demanded somebody come out Friday or ***** needs to come out on Saturday and we need to pay him overtime. The ethernet was down at that point and ***** went out and replaced a cable.Business response
