This company absolutely REFUSED to provide me with a receipt when I paid off the debit (this is a debt collector). I had to be transferred to a supervisor who informed me that they don't provide receipts just confirmation numbers. It was not until I threatened to contact the BBB and make a complaint that I was able to receive an paid in full receipt. I contacted the merchant who sent me to CheckRedi and advised them that this firm refuses to provide its debtors with a receipt. 1 star is too much for this company - I would have preferred a - start review but that wasn't an option.Review from Kyle S

I had fraudulent activity on my account and they would not have any sympathy with their decision to waive a fee when my bank account got placed on hold. I had a card on file but on the app, they placed my old account as default. They asked me to get a bank letter explaining the situation in which I did and did not waive the fees as I was told they would. They told me it’s policy and would not let me talk to a supervisor. They did not do as promised and I think the customer service is the worst. Not a good company and have no heart whatsoever in my situation. Where has the world come to? Aweful business and I hope I never have to deal with them ever again!Review from Holly M

They are awful , they lie and say they can work something out if you miss a payment and they already in the process of taking it out. Their customer service is awful . Don’t trust these guys . Stay far away as you can. I have no idea how they are still in service. If I could give zero stars I would .Review from ryan b

i was sent an invoice for 139.88 for fees and transactions just done on the 11 and 13th if july and its only the 19th, these transactions have went thru my bank account as a purchase, so there is no way i am paying 90 dollars on fees on transactions that have cleared my account ??????Review from Jeanna L

Robbery. One star is too much. The fees are outrageous and they charge them daily. This place should be shut down. The economy these days people can not afford to make mistakes either.Review from Nicholas U

Yep, sent me an E-mail stating they were trying to resolve a failed debit transaction and that they were applying a junk fee. I told the agent to not contact me again and she did so, violating the fair credit collections act. Unacceptable. SOTU needs to go into effect sooner.
