I had fell behind 1 month on my visa payment. I was aware and had told them I could pay next week. I had $33 to last me till that time. They took my money for that payment without my permission. They went into my checking account and basically stole my money. No one contacted me to ask or tell me they were taking it. This is unacceptable practice. And I was told when my direct deposit hits next week they will take the remaining payment out.Business response

Per Credit Card Agreement with ******* *****, the credit union has the right to collect funds on past due credit card accounts from any account at our financial institution. The credit union made an exception and refunded the $33.00 per member request on 12/15/2023 to her checking account.
