      On March 28 I placed an order for 4 gallons of Equiderma Neem Equine Fly Spray. Total paid was 423.38. On April 5th I got a box that had 6 quarts of Hyundai Transmission Fluid in it. It had been sent in error. I called KBC on April 6th and spoke at length with them, sent them photos and we figured out that Fed Ex had relabeled the tranny fluid to me in error. They advised me that they would immediately ship me out another box and file a claim with Fed Ex. I have still not received product. I have sympathy that Fed Ex has made the error, not KBC, however, I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my order to be fulfilled and I finally get a call back from KBC and they have NOT shipped replacement product, they are "unable to refund me" and are "unable to ship out replacement product" until Fed Ex finds the original box. That is BUNK. Their beef is with Fed Ex. Not me. I have all this time been getting tons of calls from Fed Ex. They are constantly asking me if the box ever showed up. The answer is always no. Their claim is not my problem. Fed Ex and KBC should keep this between them and KBC should make this right by me NOW. I have waited long enough. I am out of fly spray and have been out the money for 16 days. Explanations about KBC's insurance, Fed Ex's ineptness and not returning calls for 2 days are not solving the problem and completely disregard that they told me on the 6th of April they'd immediately replace the shipment. They did not.
