All My Sons moveing co. charged double what was quoted.

Called the office to get a quote prior to ever booking. When I didn't book immediately they sent and email giving a 10% discount. We couldn't get any emails with verification of our quote or price although we called 3 times asking for one. Charged double what we were quoted and since they wouldn't sent written documentation (although they said they did) we were called liars although we had the quote written down and on our text message from the operations manager. You get no paperwork until after you have paid them. If you're unlucky enough to hire this mover take pictures of everything you sign, tape every conversation you have with anyone and expect to be treated horribly and charged at least twice what you're quoted if not more.

The owner of this franchise is a sexist jerk. Not only does he have a “god complex”, he has the worst business attitude. He treats customers so poorly. We were not quoted properly by his staff and he had the audacity to blame us for his incompetence. The two movers were seriously the greatest humans and this review is not in reflection of them. Wonder why movers get a bad rep? Because they work for people like the “owner” of this establishment. Go to business school and obtain a real education, you currently sound like an arrogant douche. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this business. In addition, our agent has been notified to not refer her client list to them and she’s VERY well known. She got to hear the conversation of the owner treating my wife like absolute garbage. Not a good look. It was so bad we went ahead and hired a whole other moving company for the second part of our move. I don’t care how much it costs. I would never pay this “business” another cent. This company over promises and WELL UNDER delivers. Extremely untrustworthy.

These movers charged $270 in materials charges to move one bed, one tv, two chest of drawers and two tables . They tell you that they cannot move the furniture without wrapping it, but they don’t tell you the exorbitant amount of fees for material charges .They also wrapped furniture such as chest of drawers that did not need to be wrapped to inflate the materials charge. Also, they tricked my son in buying insurance of $5000 and charged $170 for that. The furniture he moved was not even worth $1000. Do not trust this company. They will continue to call you and pressure you into using them. Please beware of this company.

I was quoted one price but the actual cost was over $900 of estimate quote. When I asked what drove up the price and they said the weight. When I asked to see the scale weight totals I received no response. I reduced a number of boxes after the quote

I recently moved and hired Kwik but Careful Movers (dba ALL MY SONS moving company) to help move boxes and furniture. That’s it. They didn’t pack anything. I just needed the to move it from one place to another. One truck load. I paid this company $1500. What I got was broken furniture and a half-done job. They even broke a wall light at my old place, cleaned up the glass but didn't tell me about it. They then attempted to hide the furniture that they had broken from me as well. It was this plus all of the stuff they didn't move and/or left behind. Working with this company was nothing short of a disaster. It takes a LOT for me to get on a public platform to vent about a company. I moved 3 weeks ago. I’ve given them that long to correct this. I’ve withheld writing any reviews until now. The local owners were not sympathetic, and they have chosen not to make this right. The national office offered me $138 for compensation which isn’t even close to what I’m out of pocket to fix and finish their job. But I only get that if I sign a non-disclosure. They can keep their 138 bucks and their non-disclosure. Because I want to disclose that they suck. Don’t use these guys. Have a nice day!
