extremely bad service. on an order of over $4,000 they delivered several items that were damaged. they promised to replace or repair the items. One of the items came to their warehouse and they said that I would have to pick it up if I wanted it, even though I had already paid for delivery of the entire order. There is no way I can pick up a large furniture item in my car. The other damage parts were supposed to be shipped from the manufacturer, and installed by Overstock, but that never happened. They don't answer phone calls or texts. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this but they don't follow through on promised actions.Review from Randall P

I have been waiting 6 months for a part for a broken chair. They keep saying it's COVID fault that the part is taking forever. It's made in Vietnam so that's why. They always promise to call back but never do. I asked for money back for chair because they cannot get a part or replace it. They said no because I still have the chair. No comprise at all no working with me or call backs or dates. Just we will tell them to rush parts and nothing we can do.Review from Robert C

Talk a big sales talk and won't honor the warranties. I have pics to prove this.

We're not quite sure what "walk a big sales talk" means, but all of our items come with manufacturer warranties unless noted otherwise. As the retailer, after providing the customer with mint condition goods, any further issue that is deemed a defect falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In these situations, we simply act as the liaison between the customer and the factory, and we do our best to expedite all claims. The global pandemic has caused serious supply chain issues within the furniture industry, and it has taken a little longer for said warranty claims to get approved & handled over the last 2 years. We apologize if you feel we are not handling your issue fast enough, but we are subject to getting replacement parts from the factory & often reply of 3rd party repair services which have been inundated with service claims. Regardless, we will do our best to process your requests & get your claim handled in a satisfactory manner.Customer Response

It took 16 days to get a reply back from the first initial contact in regards to repair request. This reclining sofa has been stuck up in the air for well over 3 weeks now. I have all my paperwork since the delivery of product 6/3/20 (not quite 2yrs). Sales person had stated "10 year warranty on everything at time of purchase. Further investigation shows lifetime warranty of reclining mechanisms and 5 year warranty on comfort coil seat cushions Thus the faulty item is well within that warranty timeframe. As a liaison, I expected better response and an adequate repair of the couch cushions and reclining mechanism. I can provide paperwork and photos in regards to the recliner and all correspondences.
