On 7/17/22 I purchases a pair of ******* Running shoes. I was a little concerned about the size of the shoe, since it was not the typical size I buy. I took the shoes home and realized after using them twice that the shoe is too big. I went to return the shoe on 8/6/22 and was told that they could not accept my return. Even though the return policy was never explained to me at the time of the purchase. I would like to exchange the shoe from a 10.5 to a 10.Customer response

I have not heard from the shop. My complaint has not been resolved.
