Back in 2020 I had booked 2 sites with a $50.00 US deposit to Red Hill Horse Camp. Then COVID hit I had to cancel (no border crossings allowed). I had asked for a refund and they refused saying they would hold the deposit for another time. It is now 2022 and I had booked at site for this year, but I have not received any correspondence confirming said booking. Hence, I would like to cancel this years reservation and received my deposit back. I think I send a money order for the deposit, but can't be sure. Very disappointed in my emails not being returned.Business response

I contacted Red Hill Campground by phone on March 24th at 1230 pm and left a message. As yet I have not heard back from them. I did send a message to them in January and booked a site, but I had not heard back from them, therefore, I changed my plans and will not be attending. ****** ******* Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/03/28) */ BBB received notice that a $50 check has been sent to the consumer.
