On Jan 11, 2022, I had Deluxe Carpet Cleaning come to my house to clean my loveseat (though I thought that I had contacted COIT). A teenager showed up, and sprayed my loveseat, covering my hardwood floors with the liquid in the process. I was charged $79. After he had left, and the solution had dried, there was a crusty film over the loveseat. Furthermore, the loveseat was not clean. Indeed, it looks worse than before Deluxe Carpet Cleaning had come.Business response

Deluxe C.C. was contacted by Mrs ********* and was given a quote for a basic cleaning of her sofa . Upon arrival our technician who is 25 yrs old and not a teenager with 5 yrs of cleaning expierence examined the loveseat and suggested that it was heavily soiled and he could not guarantee that all the heavy staining would not come out but would try his best to get the fabric as clean as possible , Mrs ******** agreed and gave him permission to do his best and understood there was no guarantee . The technician however did use a little more cleaning solution attempting to get as much of the staining out. We when left the loveseat looked great , as it dried is when the customer realized that it did not come out completely. The customer at this time instead of calling to express her concern , immediately went to ****** reviews to state her dissatisfaction even tho being told prior to cleaning that everything might not come out , Deluxe responded immediatly to her ****** response to come look at it or reclean and made multiple calls with no response . One week later we recieved a letter from BBB about the same complaint , once again she has never made contact with us , but we continued to call and try to resolve her complaint . Finally on Jan 3st we spoke with Mrs ********* who is having a lot of constructon right now in her home but has agreed to let us reclean the loveset on Febuary 11th exactly 1 month after the original cleaning John the manager will handle this for her personallyCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
