They won’t follow through with issue with furnace. They have worked on it before. Now they won’t work on it because “previous” problem. I’ve spent lots of money to this company and because of this company. They haven’t done that much of anything.Now it’s talked to them again.Would not listen after cut off and call back. Told have to maybe get call back Monday.This company sucks.Can’t make payments because my major credit card company won’t work with them because of constant problems. I talked to Andrew T******, a sales person, for On Point Warranty. He told me that if anything in my house broke or quit working, it would be replaced. Well, unfortunately, my air conditioning and heating unit quit working. It had a build up of ice on both unit in the house and outside. We called a business to come and look at it and they said that it needed to be replaced. It was an old unit from 1977 and couldn't be repaired. I assumed that the whole unit would be covered as Andrew said that it would be replaced. The total cost was over $12,000.00. They only gave me $2,023.98. I have purchased this protection for my furniture two times at the **** ***** furniture store and both claims have not been fulfilled. What is wrong with your company? I bought goof proof insurance through ***** furniture. It's clear your only goal is to deny and duck a claim. I filed a claim via phone. they NEVER asked me what happened, just reply to the email with pictures. I did. They denied the claim saying it couldn't be linked to an accident. I called back, explained it WAS due to an accident. They said refile with that info. I did. Now you've denied it because it's a repeat claim. Your scam artists.OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC Response

I have no air condition in this hot weather and when I call they want to validate my contract it’s been more than 23 hours even though they have my contract number and my address was verified I am 71 years old woman and with this heat wave it’s impossible to be ok without the A/CReview from Julia C

I submitted a repair request for my dishwasher in May. They sent a Sears repairman to diagnose the problem. He didn't even open the dishwasher and took a guess of what the problem was. He said it was a heating coil. I advised OnPoint of his actions and their customer service representatives' reactions was of little to no concern. They told me we had to wait 2 weeks on a part and then another week for the Sears repairman to come to put the part on. After multiple calls to OnPoint to advise them that there was a bigger problem with the dishwasher they told me there was nothing they could do to help, and we had to wait until the repairman came back. This caused more delay. We had tried to get OnPoint to get the guy back out sooner or someone else that would be better at their job. Then when the Sears repairman opened up the dishwasher to attempt to repair noticed that the main electrical harness was melted, and the control box was fried. The Sears repairman called OnPoint telling them there was a bigger problem. (Like we tried calling them back about) OnPoint spoke with him on the phone in private and decided that it would cost them more money to repair the dishwasher then to replace it. The Sears repairman after telling us that we were getting a new dishwasher walked out of our house with the heating coil. It was weeks later that we got a response back from OnPoint about a replacement. We entrusted that they would replace the dishwasher with one of similar quality and the same amenities. OnPoint did not send anyone out to measure the area for the dishwasher and their words "to save our company money" The product they ordered was not even close to the dishwasher that we had and did not have the same amenities. The only similarity was that it had 3 racks. The dishwasher we had had a deep rack and higher quality. I started my request for furniture repair two months ago if that tells you anything about their customer service. I purchased a plan for $150 at Ashley ********* on an outdoor patio set with cushions. My table and cushion were damaged during a storm we had. First, they couldn't locate my plan because when I bought the plan they were still using paper. TIme passed. I went back to the furniture store and he emailed the President. Turns out, he cared, and I got two calls back to back days requesting photos or help with a claim. Great, so I email them photos and the receipt and it's been over three weeks now. Their automatic statement in their email says we will get back to you within 5 business days. So I forwarded their own email again, and same statement. So yeah, we'll see where this goes. Still waiting. At this point, I am hoping to get a refund from ****** ********* so do the repairs myself which will surely be less than my inital cost before my 5 year plan expires this Fall.Review from Francisco G

I submitted a request to repair some damage from a couch I purchased less than a year ago! Zippers came apart and controllers fell out. I submitted everything and was denied because of this company not seeing my request or replying to email so now they are saying its too late. Purchased through bobs furniture. The protection they offer is laughable. Never ever will purchase their coverage again. Stay away from this companys warranty
