I booked an appointment with Deka Lashes for June 28, 2022 at 2:30pm. I arrived to the location at 2:23 pm but the doors were locked and no one was there so I immediately contacted the number that was listed in my appointment confirmation and in the door which prompted me to start a text message with support who claimed that someone would be there shortly. I then waited an additional 15mins after my appointment but no one ever showed so I then notified the support service that I was leaving and they then escalated my case to another support service. Meanwhile, I was charged a $20 no show fee which I distributed with the support team because Deka was the one who was a no call or show but the support service stated that she refused to give me a refund because she was there which was a lie! I have proof on my location showing date, time I was at the provided location and all the text messages and call log showing that I attempted to reach her but she was a no show. I would like my $20 refunded to me.
