On 10.13.23 I placed an order at the drive thru. Order ID: ************* I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger triple with no ketchup and another Bacon Cheeseburger plain. When I got home, neither burger had bacon. When I called and spoke to manager ******, she said I needed to come right back to get correct items replaced. I told her this wasn't possible, and that we also had 2 melting blizzards on the order. She said her regional manager wasn't answering and there was nothing she could do. We did not receive what we paid for and I want either a full refund or a complete replacement. There was not reason for ****** to hang up on me. She said they get at least 4 calls a day about wrong orders, which tells me they have a serious issue at that store.
