I paid $4000 for a living room suit and delivery charges. They noted they would contact me, meaning have a physical conversation with me about when they were on their way to deliver the furniture. However, this did not occur. The called, texted and showed up to my home and waited 30 minutes. I called the delivery company immediately, a few hours after, to let them I was available for delivery. They refused to deliver my furniture and told me I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. My understanding was that they were to speak to me about my delivery before arriving at my home. Then, I went to the store to ask for my money back. First I was told no, then I was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee, then I was told I’m not getting my money or my furniture, and threatened to call the police on me.Initial Complaint

I purchased a leather sofa on 5/20/23 it was delivered 6/1/ 23 on the cushion on left has a mashed place on under the arm rest the leather has a tear the stitching is coming a part also I see cotton coming out the middle cushion has your behind print I payed $925.38
