Had gutter covers installed on 10/25/2017. I contacted them in Sept. 2020 to clean the gutters out. They informed us we needed to clean the gullies on the roof. Had them cleaned in early October 2020. Called to let them know we had this done. No response. Contacted them again 2/28.2021 after the weather had improved. No return call. March 4, 2021. reached out to them again. Was advised if weather keeps up would be out the next week. March 5, 2021 received call back ******* would stop by after 10:00 am. Came by and said debris in gutters was frozen, would have to wait until thawed out. March 16th, left message that the gutters should be thawed as we had continiously nice weather. March 17th received call back he had not forgot about us, that the job would take 3-4 hours to clean, would give us a call in a couple of weeks. April 24, 2021 Let them know, over a month since they touched base. Reminded him of water we are getting in basement due to the clogged gutters. May 11, reached out to them again, ******* said he would be here Friday and leaves the office around 10:00am. May 14, called as no show on Friday. Arrived at 1:10 and was on ladder cleaning gutters over one window, got a phone call at 1:30 and got down from ladder, packed it up in his truck and left so I called him immediately. First he stated he tried to call and got no answer. I advised him the gutter he was cleaning was over the window to my office where I work from home and was watching him. He stated on the phone he cleaned out the downspouts. I reminded him upon the last visit when he stated the gutters were frozen he would need to come back after thawed and run a hose down them to clean it all out. This was not done. He then stated the debris appeared to be sawdust so was not his responsibility to clean them out. We paid to have gutters cleaned. Nov. 18, 23, and 30th. We have left messages that gutters hold water and need to be adjusted. No return calls. Horrible service.Business response

WE INSTALLED GUTTER COVERS ON EXISTING GUTTERS, CUSTOMER IS COMPLAINING THAT GUTTERS NEED TO BE REPITCHED TO DRAIN, WE WILL MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO GET GUTTERS TO DRAIN BUT WE CAN NOT WARRANT OTHER CONTRACTORS WORK
