Bryant Heating and Cooling Company representative David inspected and cleaned my furnace today. He was very cordial and professional, explaining what the inspection involved and what his recommendations were. He even brought my empty trash cans back from the end of my driveway! I would give Bryant Heating and Cooling and David a 5 Star Rating!!

I have used Bryant Heating and Cooling to maintain my furnace and air conditioner for years. Someone is always there to answer the phone when I call, appointments are timely, the service providers call me before they arrived and they arrive on time. They are friendly and do excellent work. I especially appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain what they are doing and even show me pictures of what the inside of my unit looks like. When I discovered last fall that my furnace wasn't working properly, the service provider waited while I phoned a friend to join the conversation and help me decide whether to repair or replace it. That kind of sensitivity and patience is the way Bryant typically approaches customer service. A few days ago Josh D******* from Bryant came to the house for a check-up and cleaning on the new unit. The inspection was not only thorough, he even offered suggestions as to how I could keep my unit in good condition going forward. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was required to insure I was pleased, and that my furnace would operate efficiently for many years to come.Review from Tanya K

This was our first time with Bryant checking our HVAC. Our service tech was knowledgeable and thorough. He was careful to go over details about our equipment since we moved to this area 2 years ago. Kris came out same day to inspect and give an estimate on what is looking like a HUGE job. He was very honest and professional about the details of what he found and recommends we need. Very professional service at my home today. The electrician and apprentice worked very well together. My electrical checkup came about after my annual heating checkup.
