Our VFW has been requesting a mop handle which is a service provided by this service that we pay for for 12 days. Immediately after our single mop handle we have broke, the business was called and assured we would have one by the end of the day. No mop handle was received. The following week a request was made following up on the previous request. It was then told no mop handles were in our town but a truck comes from the main distribution 2 times a week and one would be brought as soon as possible. A manager was also to call and after calling again this was told a second time, with still no call from the manager or the business. Then an attempt through the week was made to call several times and now all of a sudden calls were being ignored. All the while the business was able to provide their towels another service obtained by the company, yet still no mop handle. Now we’re in the next week with still no mopping ability. A mop had to be borrowed from another business friend in order to maintain cleanliness in a business in which a bar and kitchen are operated. This is a necessity to our daily operations and our bill is always paid and current. There is no reason for this negligence when communication has been more than open about the concern multiple times.
