I paid $82.20 to send a large package to my son from Ky to Vegas. This was on Jan.27,2023. it never arrived. i filed a claim and constantly called for updates . the package was returned to the store I sent it from today on june 20,2023. i requested my refund of $82.80 since it was returned to me 6 months later and was told no. i want my money backBusiness response
