On Aug 28, 2021 we bought a California King Bed with adjustable base from **** ***** (owner) of the Sleep Station (****** Mattress, LLC) in St. ********. Our Discover card was charged $5,300 on 8-28-21. We asked how long before we would receive it, he stated about 30 days. We had a conversation about supply chain issues and he stated the mattresses were all made in America along with all of their components. Oct 1st, I texted him to see if he had any updates on our mattress. No response. Oct 14th, I emailed him asking for an update. No response. Oct 16th, I emailed him asking for an update. No response. Oct 22nd, I texted him again to see if he had any updates. No response. Oct 27th, my ******* called **** and asked for an update. He texted back the same day and said it should be any day, that his delivery team would reach out to us to schedule the delivery. Dec 13th, my ******* texted **** asking for an update. No response. Dec 15th, I emailed him and asked him to CALL us since we had no update since Oct 27th No response. Dec 18th, I called **** and asked him to please call us as we needed to get an update, if not, we were going to cancel the order. No response. Dec 18th afternoon - after reading recent reviews from customers who had purchased merchandise from him and never received, I texted **** and requested a refund and asked him to CONFIRM the receipt of my text. NO RESPONSE. Dec 18th - I initiated a dispute via Discover Credit Card. So disappointed! He also said he would deliver, install and remove current mattress and donate to local homeless shelter. Now his website said he only delivers to your door. "If you can sweet talk the driver into bringing it inside, that's between you and the driver and I take no responsibility for anything that happens". Definitely not what he told us! He recently added the following verbiage to his website: As of December 1, 2021: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
