Your kfc store is the worst, I’ve gave them several chances by going back for business. I would purchase food spending over a hundred dollars at a time, I would get home and it would be wrong by giving me the wrong food . I would call and they would tell me that’s what I ordered and not doing anything about it.I would purchase food through the drive through and check it before leaving and it would be wrong I would go in and they tell me I’m sorry and redo my order and I would take it to my car and realize I should check it , and it’s wrong again. By this point I’m beyond upset . So I just said forget it I’ll never go back to this store again . On Sunday 9/22 my husband and I ordered a very large meal, bucket included for a family party, over $70.00s worth. When my husband got to the car he checked the order. Is was wrong missing two items. He went back into to the store with the bag of sides & spoke to the manager who became ageessive saying SHE had packed the order, so my husband had to come back out and grab the balance of the order. She then got nasty and asked for his receipt, he slid it across the counter. At which point she started yelling that if he wanted to go down she would and was making a huge scene in the store. Mt husband had originally been standing behind a African American couple who wanted only wings and drums in their bucket. Our bucket was missing all of them and had only white meat no wings or drum pieces. She became angered because she KNEW she has given them our food and the two missing sides after she said no problem I got you to them. When my husband complained she went off the handle and handed him the two missing sides. Speaking very badly to him. My husband is white. She was African American. My husband is an investigator for the state and he's never been rude to anyone. The food was cold and it was a horrible experience. I've left several messages and not 1 one person has called us back. This store is racist and stole from us. This store has a rating of 2.9 they do this to everyone. The comments under reviews back my testimony here.Review from Devona J

Today 9/19/24 I received a email stating congratulations you received 500 points I clicked redeem and instead of giving me 500 points the system took 250 points from my points account for funko mecho or funko chef characters that KFC is profiting on for gain at our expense. A game that's played on XBOX. This is false advertisement, unacceptable and should be explained to customers before purchasing. I am 50 I don't play XBOX. I was tricked into this scam KFC is doing. It's not right. I spoke with customer service at approximately 1pm today. Customer service Casey and Manger Abi was was absolutely no help in resolving this misleading information. A case number was made but Manager Abi explained he not aware when I will be contacted to resolve this matter. Customers beware KFC is boosting this gaming characters for profit on their end. I went to KFC in Hinesville Ga to buy some dinner. We were in line and there was an elderly man standing on the side waiting on ahis paid for order. A girl from the food preperation counter came and almost threw a bag on the counter and shouted out what it contained and walked off. The man asked whether it contained extra crispy chicken? The girl stared at him and SHOUTED, It is not yours!! Then a few minutes later she brought out another bag and threw it on the counter and told the man it was his. Due to the large size of the bag and contents he asked whether it was his? Again she SHOUTED, It is yours. I was so disgusted by her behavior that I walked out with my husband. I had already started my order and the cashier was very nice but, that rudeness is NOT something I could listen to! I am shocked that KFC would tolerate employees like this? Where was the Manager? Or was she the Manager? Is there no customer service training done at KFC anymore? This is unacceptable behavior and uncalled for behavior! It seems like it is not Halloween yet but, KFC has already employed the witch!??Review from Stacey G

The worst- I went through the Rome-Hilliard Rd KCF, restaurant #J625235, on 9/6/2024 at 1;50 pm. I ordered the 5$ Famous Bowl. I was the only one in the drive through, no cars in the parking lot, which should have been my first clue, but due to the time of day, I thought I was just lucky. I drove home, a 12 minute drive. I opened my meal and noticed that there was a bunch of corn. The corn was shriveled, dried out and the tips of the corns were hard and white. I started scooping the corn out of the bowl. Turns out there was an entire cup of corn in the bowl, yes I measured it. I called the store and spoke with the manager, she offered to make me a new bowl, but I declined, I wasn't going to drive back. The manager than replied that they were busy and she was also making food. I told her that was a lie, I was the only one on the lot. I told her that she should be monitoring what is being served. I also advised her that I would be reporting this incident. It should also be noted that I waited at the window for over 2 minutes. I did not see a single person in the store until I was greeted at the window. Gratefully, this staff member was really nice, hence the 1 star. Never again at this KFC.Review from Jeremiah H

What a shame. When you are craving fried chicken you expect KFC to produce consistent fried chicken. Well that’s not the case for this location. We ordered a bucket of chicken and had it delivered. At first glance, everything looked great. As we began to plate the chicken we soon realized the breading was falling off and saturated in oil. Out of an entire bucket 1 piece held up and was edible. This is pathetic when you spend 30 dollars on chicken to get 1 quality piece. The quality of this order was poor and I am highly dissatisfied with this locations execution of fried chicken. It is literally what your brand prides itself on making. This store failed to meet the mark. Such a waste of money and a good way to spoil a meal. Terrible customer service. The online reviews will speak for the way this establishment is being ran. Melissa is the worst person to have as a manager! She bosses Taylor around but he isn't very pleasant himself. When trying to ask for my receipt, she told him to close the window in my face! Whoever runs this place doesn't not care about the brand of KFC and just letting these people running a circus! I certainly would not have those two representing my establishment!!! 0/10!
