Most inept restaurant that I have ever encountered. I placed my order on-line at 3:15p.m. Curbside pick-up to be ready at 4:30p.m.. I arrived at 4:22p.m. and responded to the text that I had arrived. The response was that the order wasn't ready. Which was fine, I was a little early. To wait in my car and when the offer was ready they would let me know. I waited about 15 minutes and got the same response. I then called the number on the Curbside Pick-up parking spot sign where Ii was parked. While talking with the man a text popped up that the order was ready. The text was to go to the TO GO window and pick up my food. I.immediately went to the window to get the order. The man hardly spoke. He asked my name and gave me my order. I told him that the order was scheduled for Curbside Pick-up that I was told to stay in the car. That the order wasn't ready at the alloted time. This was my first and last time coming to pick up an order. Upon talking with other people about what happened I was informed that they had tried the Curbside Pick up and had the same experience. They actually tell you it's curbside when it's not. People with health problems and medical issues show up thinking they will bring the food to their cars. This is very misleading . The food was not good at all.Texas Roadhouse Response

Spent 70 on 2 meals not including tip I didn’t eat my porterhouse steak so i took my steak home heated up next day was cutting through it literally a worm was all the way through it I called spoke to a manager named June or Jen told her situation she said it was the bone I told her bones aren’t white and skinny I told her I’d bring steak for her to see she said she would give me another steak I told her no way why would I want another steak after this she tells me that’s all she can do so I’m wanting my money back on a steak I couldn’t eat and an apology for the way she acted towards meTexas Roadhouse Response

I dined at the Texas Roadhouse in Frederick Maryland. My first bite of Country Fried Steak broke one of my crowns. Instead of immediately telling the waitress, I waited until we paid our bill and spoke to the manager because I didn't want to cause a scene in the dining area. I spoke with Angie M******* in corporate offices. She told me to see my dentist and call her back which I did. I repeatedly tried to reach her for two weeks and left voice mail. She never returned my calls but said she called me numerous times and left messages. I have no record of any calls from her number. I called corporate offices today to tell them that she is not returning my calls. She immediately called me back. She said that I would not be reimbursed because I didn't have the object that broke my tooth! I am not satisfied with this outcome and they won't let me speak with anyone that has more authority than these worthless women I spoke with today. Apparently I have no recourse. I will never eat at a Texas Roadhouse again.Texas Roadhouse Response

The food was good. Called at 330 to get a table for 10 at 5 oclock. Got there at 5 was seated at a table of 8 and across the way for the other 2 .. not happy. Manager said all tables are bolted to the floor. They should have told me that when I called ...Texas Roadhouse Response

With the way our restaurants are designed, seating for large parties is limited and may require you to be sat at different tables. Complained to the manager about the wait and being lied to 3 times after getting here. Manager told me that it wasn’t his fault. I told him I was letting him know because he is the manager and we are the customer. He old me “I do not care and maybe you should go somewhere else”. And walked away. My son and I ended up sick, he got sick at the table, and there was a hair on my steak :( We went last night, and BOTH of us have been sick ever since. There was NO help from the manager; our server was too busy to acknowledge what was happening.Texas Roadhouse Response

I was charged over charged on a pickup order due to the little payment tablet they use not working and adding a tip after I had already given one on cash. The amount was alot and is a problem on my company card. I tried getting it fixed by asking them to refund the card so I can pay again but the manager said she couldn't because it's third party that handles their payment stuff I've tried calling in to their office to get this sorted but have not received any sort of response or helpTexas Roadhouse Response

Shame on yous For not informing my children that they couldn't use their gift cards prior before them ordering and eating..not taking gift card? Shame on you! I'm so disappointed!
