10/16/2023- Horrible customer service by the manager, ***** ******* I traveled 2200 miles and was my payment, using my business credit card , was denied because of supposed previous charges being held. Not to mention that after the payment options were sent through email numerous times then denied and asked for $9500 in cash for payment, 3 days later after a wire transfer, I retrieved my truck front a different location where there were gentlemen waiting on me and abruptly departed before the truck was even checked. The headlights were not operable, 2.5 quarts low on oil, 1/3 of the front bumper was replaced but was charged for a full replacement, and $7,000 of front end work.Business response

First, let it be stated that *** **** chose to have minimal work completed. His insurance company, Progressive, wrote the estimate of damages and subsequent check for an excess of $20,000. As you see, *** **** chose to pocket the majority of the check from Progressive. On that note, while he was from Arizona, his tractor was damaged in Kentucky with a date of loss of July 3, 2023 and towed to a tow lot. It was then taken to Kentucky Indiana Fleet Services in Louisville, KY where some repairs were done for suspension work. It was then towed to our shop on Poplar Level Road on September 1, 2023. We took ownership of this ATF in February and the work for his tractor was done in Louisville, however, at the end of September we moved the operation to our property in Jeffersonville IN. ATF is owned by Mister P Express, Inc. also an upstanding business with BBB. This is why payment was made in Jeffersonville, IN, but his tractor was picked up in Kentucky.
He was instructed to bring a cashier's check specifically because of our issues dealing with him during this process. The issues include, trouble getting responses from him via phone, having him hang up on our office manager, Jennifer Hoover and also our general manager, Keith Adkins, in general, very unprofessional and questionable actions. Additionally. we implored of him to pick up his tractor due to our move and we had to resort to telling him we would charge storage and that is what finally got him to come and retrieve his tractor.
Upon retrieval he arrived in pajama bottoms (again, example of questionable character) and was totally belligerent and abusive to my staff. His behavior was unacceptable and personally unappreciated. I trust that my character, which has been proven in the Metropolitan area with phenomenal business acumen and presence will speak for my company. Feel free to call me for any further information:
