I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse LS from ***** at Cardinal Auto Mart 2901 Preston Hwy 40217 on 2-21-23. A couple of days later, I take the car to Valvoline to get a oil change. They told me "that I have a oil leak around the oil pan." I immediately calls ***** at Cardinal Auto Mart an tells him about the oil leak. ***** responds saying," I will fix the oil leak when you pick up your title next week. I said,"ok!" When I go pickup the title, ***** tells me "he's unable to do the oil leak because there to busy; try next week!" I said' ok!" To the point that *****, an his workers are not responding to my phone calls, or texts! It's been two weeks since the car almost caused me a accident, but left me an my family stranded on the highway for hours! Cost me $350 dollars! I calls ***** at Cardinal Auto Mart about the situation, he tells me"he's going to send a mobile mechanic?" I've been waiting a week for a mobile mechanic! ***** or his crew isn't responding to my phone calls, or texts! I've tried going up to Cardinal Auto Mart to speak with *****, an he's never there! The workers say " I don't know what to tell you!" " I haven't seen him all day! He ain't came in yet!" ***** is out sick!" They have just been giving me the run around! They never fixed the oil leak, or sent a mobile mechanic! It's 2- 26- 2023 the last time I talked with ***** about a mobile mechanic was on 2-20-2023!
