I purchased a pair of boots on 10-28-2021 for $153.65 after tax. On 5-11-2022 I noticed the boot was separating from the sole. When I went to Preslars they told me that I had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they offered a 6 month warranty. The receipt does not indicate a warranty period.Business response

Hello ****,
We are sorry you are unhappy with the boots you had purchased. When you came into the store to return your boots we referred you to the company who manufacturers the boots you purchased as the boots have a warranty through them, not through Preslar's. As you stated it had been beyond 6 months, we refer everyone to the manufacturer of the boots they have purchased after 6 months because every manufacturer has different warranty periods for manufacture defects. This particular manufacturer that you contacted had deemed the boots not defective and they were also outside of the 6 month warranty the manufacture has on this product. Each manufacture has different warranty periods and they are the only persons who can make the determination of defect or normal wear and tear on the product.Our receipt can not hold each manufacture that we carry and their individual warranty period. If you are ever curious on warranty while shopping with us we will be happy to check on the style of boot you are wanting to purchase. But the biggest factor to consider is that the warranty is only good for that period not for 2 weeks past not 1 month past.
These boots are not defective, determined by the manufacture who holds the warranty. and the boots are outside the warranty period and there is simply nothing that can be done.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.So the photos I submitted to the manufacturer are adequate enough to determine the boots were not defective with ought me shipping them directly to them?
