2 tickets were purchased for the 8/14 concert featuring **** *******, I’ve attached screen grab of the tickets we purchased. Venue sold tickets based on their outdoor seating capacity. When concert was moved indoors, venue decided to sell corresponding indoor seats to other guests. Anyone with a VIP ticket that was purchased for the outdoor seating, lost their assigned seat. The seating option that was given to us was a set of bleachers behind the assigned VIP seating we had originally purchased. Personnel in the box office were very underwhelming with an attitude of what seemed like, tough luck. There was never any communication regarding the concert being moved from their outdoor space (7k capacity) to their Indoor space (2.7k capacity). We were not the only individuals with this issue.Customer response
