      Purchased a head stone approximately 1 year ago. Paid it in full. The company was told to call before they came to set the stone. I had purchased another stone from them before. This stone was to be set beside the one they had set previously. The employees that set the first stone had quit and they have family members now helping to set the stones. In November of 2021 they attempted to set this stone. They called no one to meet them. They went up in the wrong place to access the grave site. It was a very steep bank that was muddy. They tore up ground and left without calling anyone. Someone was there when they set the first stone and showed them how to go. The ones that came to set the other stone had not been there. Now they are telling me that I need to come pick up the stone. Both of the owners are elderly with declining mental status. They were told to call before attempting to set the stone again. They are impossible to deal with. We just want the stone set. It has been over a year. We have been very understanding but it is get to be too much. They are verbally abusive. Keep hanging up when I call.

      Since January 2021 and earlier Covid, worker apathy, lack of materials, delivery time increased to 6 to 8 to 12 months. The customer gave directions up an impossible hill to the cemetery after wasting expenses that trip she said her sister knew an easier way. On a 2nd attempt (failed) due to the sister not answering the workers cell phone number every time she called the office to meet it had rained for days. We decided to install it for her sister out contract states cemetery must be accessible by truck or extra cost or they install the stone. We are owed an apology but not holding our breath. Verbal abuse? Didn't happen.

      I stand by exactly what I said. When it was finally delivered my brothers first name is spelled wrong. He name is ******. On the stone they wrote *****. I can provide pictures. I have not called them because they are impossible to talk . I want a full refund. No further dealings with these ppl
